PVA Release Agent (750ml)

Used to easy release of parts from a mold. Before application the mold needs to be polished and buffed to a High Gloss finish. Once the final layer of wax has dried, PVA can be applied by Brush but for a best result it should be applied by a spraygun. 
 
 
 
Generally, apply in three layers: the first, a thin mist, allowing 30 to 60 minutes to dry completely. Then apply two heavier flow coats, allowing each to dry completely (60 to 120 minutes each).
 
 
PVA should form a smooth, glossy surface that will not shrink or pull away from corners or curved surfaces.
 
 
Water soluble.
